Parm has spent two decades building and backing Canadian technology companies. He founded ToPeer, a patented private-sharing platform, and Apixibot, which he led through to its acquisition by Trellis. He ran Ottawa’s Capital Angel Network, was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Invest Ottawa, and wrote an early cheque into Bus.com that carried through to its Series B. He has advised and served on boards across the Canadian startup ecosystem.

Chris is an AI leader and builder who has spent 15 years taking ideas from the boardroom to production. He founded and led Indicium, Peple and NowTaskr, architected national platforms for the Government of Canada (including GEO.ca and a COVID-19 geospatial response platform deployed in 72 hours), and began his career as a geospatial engineer in the Canadian Armed Forces.
